The Rose House

The Rose House (La Maison Rose), on Abreuvoir Street in Montmartre, Paris. I was fascinated with how the verticals of the buildings played off the diagonals of the street. In contrast to the open air of Rooftops, here there is only a hint of sky and the "open" section is the cobblestone street and sidewalk in the lower right quarter.
